After filling out the survey you will receive a confirmation email. Click the link to activate your account. You may now enter your personal testing portal. This portal will allow you to change your personal information, schedule taste test times, look at upcoming and past taste panels, and review rewards.

Once registered in the database: You will be selected for testing based on your registration information and the products being tested. It may take some time to match you to the right test panel, so please do not be discouraged if you do not hear from us right away. You may receive an additional screening survey prior to testing. Once selected for a test panel, you will receive an email invitation. Respond to the email, by scheduling an available time or declining to test. To ensure safety during COVID, products will be mailed and you will be required to fill out a survey while evaluating products or you might be chosen for a focus group session via zoom (these sessions are usually longer). You will be given an e-gift card for your participation. The exact amount depends on how long the test is. The average payment range will be $20 - $50, depending on the complexity and length of the test. Tests vary in length from 15 - 60 minutes.

The bulk of testing will be food products, however as we grow and expand the program, we will test personal care products, cosmetics, apparel, footwear and more.

You will be eligible to participate in test panels up to four times per year. Once you participate in a test panel, you will not be able to participate again for 3 months. On rare occasions we may ask you to participate in test panels more than four times per year.

If you have food allergies, you will not be able to participate in taste testing. This is purely for safety reasons; we cannot guarantee that prototypes are produced in an allergen free environment.

No. The tests and the information we give to you about our products are confidential. If you decide to become a tester and are selected for a test, you must agree not to 1) discuss the test with anyone other than us and fellow testers, 2) take from the testing site any product samples or other test materials or 3) take any photographs, video or other recordable media of the product samples or other test materials unless requested to do so by Pacific Product Guidance.

No, registering for the database does not entitle you to participate in any testing and we can revoke your registration or participation at any time and for any reason. In addition, even if we select you for a test, we may postpone or cancel the test at any time and will notify you of such postponement or cancellation. We may also decide in our sole discretion to terminate the testing program at any time.

We will use the aggregated feedback provided during the taste tests to help our clients develop products and product ideas.
